Hyper-Local Direct Mail Plus Facebook Ads. Give us the name and address of a homeowner for whom you just completed a job, and within 24-48 hours we’ll send targeted Facebook ads to users living in a one mile radius of that homeowner. Corresponding direct mail pieces will be delivered to the same area within 10-14 days. This method provides optimal digital impressions to the homeowner’s neighbors, followed by a tangible hard copy. The Facebook ad will include the street name of the recent job, increasing the sense of confidence and community with your business.

NEIGHBOR NETWORK – DIRECT MAIL

Our traditional Neighbor Network program delivers direct mail to the neighbors of homeowners you recently provided service or installation. Demographic targeting eliminates new construction and includes a household income of $50,000+ and homeowner age of 34-65 years. Each card will be personalized to include the first name of the prospective customer and will be customized with your business logo, colors, offers and more. We will mail a minimum of 50 cards around the homeowner and a thank you card to the home.

PREMIUM PACKAGE

An unlimited number of categories and up to 7 posts per week. Choose from Home Improvements, HVAC, Humor, DIY, Trivia, Seasons, Holidays, and much more. We include memes, videos, articles, images, and shares from your brand site for our Premium Package.

Each month you’ll have an opportunity to choose a special offer you’d like to feature. We’ll use your business colors and post the offer as a “Facebook Follower Special”. Use this to offer a system tune-up during your offseason and a new installation special once the weather kicks in. Maybe an IAQ product during allergy season.

In addition, we’ll schedule 2 boosts per month. This is a post that will push out to a wider audience than your followers. We’ll use your city or zip code and age demographics to reach more people and gain additional followers.

BASIC PACKAGE

An ad campaign typically runs 2 to 3 months during your selling season (when people are using their equipment). The ads are placed on Facebook and Instagram and target users in your selected areas who match HVAC consumer demographics. Users see the ads and click-through to learn more about your offers and how to contact your dealership. Tracking is set-up to show how people are interacting with your landing page.
